Ten Years in the Making: From Workshop to Full-Chain Manufacturer

Shandong Yixin Plastic Woven Co., Ltd., after ten years of continuous growth, has become a benchmark enterprise in the woven bag industry. Starting from a modest workshop and now operating dozens of advanced machines — including fully automated granulators, tape extrusion lines, circular looms, and cutting units — the company has achieved end-to-end in-house manufacturing, from raw material granulation to finished product dispatch, with annual output capacity ranking among the regional leaders.

Over the past decade, Yixin has consistently prioritized equipment upgrades and process refinement. The fully automated granulation line ensures pure and stable PP raw material; high-speed tape extruders and circular looms work in tandem to guarantee bag strength and fabric uniformity; precision cutting and sewing processes deliver consistent dimensions and secure closures on every single bag. Behind this machinery matrix stands a skilled team of over a hundred professionals, seamlessly integrating machine efficiency with human quality control.A decade of relentless dedication, ready for the next leap. Ten years is just the beginning — Yixin is now advancing toward a broader global market, driven by a more sophisticated manufacturing system and ever-maturing quality standards.

Our woven bags are built to last — and it starts at the source. From raw material to tape extrusion, weaving, and lamination, every link is rigorously controlled.

First, the raw material. We use 100% virgin polypropylene (PP), fed into fully automated granulators for high-temperature melting and thorough plasticization, ensuring uniform melt flow with zero impurities. This step eliminates at the source the risks of brittleness, cracking, and strength loss caused by recycled material contamination. After stable extrusion and precision pelletizing, we produce uniform, high-purity PP granules — how much weight a bag can bear and how long it will last are determined right here, at the very foundation.

Second, tape extrusion. High-purity PP granules enter high-speed tape extrusion lines, where they undergo melt extrusion, cooling and setting, hot stretching, and multiple other steps under precisely controlled temperatures — drawn into flat yarns of highly uniform width and thickness. Through our online monitoring system, we track three core indicators in real time — yarn width, thickness, and tensile strength — ensuring every strand meets toughness standards with a breakage rate well below the industry average. Flat yarn is the "backbone" of a woven bag: the more uniform the yarn, the smoother the fabric; the stronger the yarn, the more tear-resistant the bag. The quality control at this stage directly determines the density of the subsequent weaving and the ultimate load-bearing capacity of the finished bag — laying a solid skeleton for the lasting durability of every single bag we make.

The weaving stage employs high-density circular looms, where warp and weft yarns are tightly interwoven to produce a smooth, even fabric — free of skipped threads, broken ends, or density gaps. Multiple circular looms run in sync, with a tension control system ensuring uniform force distribution across every warp and weft strand, resulting in consistent and stable weave density. Each roll of finished fabric passes through online quality inspection, where every roll is checked for surface defects, density deviations, and edge alignment. Any skipped threads, broken warps, or uneven density are immediately flagged and sent back for reworking. Qualified fabric rolls are smooth-surfaced, precise in grammage, and uniform in both warp and weft tensile strength — providing reliable semi-finished material for the subsequent lamination and cutting stages. Simply put: the flatter the fabric, the sharper the printed logo.

Finally, the fabric rolls move into the cutting and sewing stage — the last step from fabric to finished bag. We use high-precision automatic cutting machines, with CNC positioning systems ensuring every cut is straight, every dimension exact, and every edge clean and burr-free — eliminating common issues like misalignment or inconsistent sizing. The cut panels are then fed into industrial sewing lines, where high-strength thread reinforces the bag bottom with multiple passes, delivering uniform stitch spacing and tight seams. This ensures the bottom holds firm under full load without splitting or tearing. From the first cut to the final stitch, every bag is completed under strict quality control standards — if the dimensions are on point and the bottom holds strong, only then does it qualify as a finished Yixin woven bag.

After rigorous process control at every stage, we can say with confidence: every woven bag produced by our factory stands up to scrutiny in the details and to the test of time. From raw material to finished product, quality is fully controlled and standards remain consistent throughout. Whether you need standard grain bags or high-spec custom color-printed bags, we are ready to match your requirements with solid craftsmanship and reliable delivery. Feel free to contact us anytime to request samples or a small trial order — let the quality speak for itself.
